Burek (aka Borek, Bourekas, Pita, Banitsa, etc) is a baked, filled pastry made of a thin flaky dough known as phyllo (or yufka) and is a staple of Balkan cuisine. We make our phyllo dough from scratch using King Arthur unbleached flour, extra virgin olive oil, and European style butter. We don’t use additives or preservatives in our fillings; only real ingredients.
Our pastries are the outcome of a years-long quest to find the best recipes and dough stretching techniques from the Balkan region. We combined various production methods with family traditions that have been passed down for generations to make a delicious pastry that transcends borders.

Baklava is a rich, sweet dessert pastry made of layers of phyllo filled with chopped nuts, sweetened and held together with honey syrup. We make our Baklava with walnuts and raisins.
